Ticket system supermarket helpdesk

For our partner in Rotterdam we developed a ticket system for the employee support desk of the biggest Dutch supermarket's main office. The ticket system has specific requirements, because before receiving a ticket, users have to enter their name and select a problem on a touch screen. On another screen in the reception area appears the name of the employee in question when his turn is there and the number of the desk where he has to go, together with a sound signal. On the same screen videos are displayed during the time where people are waiting.
