In commission of our relation from Voorschoten we have built a progressive web app. The app enables users in case of problems with their sсооtmobiel to contact the helpcenter and ask for help. The app sends also the exact real-time location of a user to the helpcenter. In the backoffice the records can be managed and processed.
A big advantage of a progressive web app is the absence of a long lasting deployment to the App Store and Google Play Store. Technically almost every aspect of a native app can also be applied to a progressive web app. To users it seems that they use a downloaded native app.
